Return and Refund Policy

Refunds and exchanges are only available if it is an LKK error.

• wrong color or size, misspelled name, etc.
• Please email me at info@loveleekreationsbykrystal.com so I can fix the issue promptly. I will also email a paid return label.

Returns will be issued as store credit. 

Returns and exchanges will take 48 hours to process after I receive product.

Returns must be in new and unused condition. 

Custom discount and clearance items are NOT eligible.

Buyer pays return shipping unless return is due to LKK. 

Shipping for size exchanges will be paid by the customer. Please contact me or refer to size chart to ensure proper sizing.

Returns must be shipped back within 3 days. Be sure to include the order number, name, and email.

Once I receive the product, please allow 3-5 days for store credit to be issued.
